This Privacy Policy describes how Nexens (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use AdHunter at adhunter.xyz (the “Service”). It applies to all visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

  • Account: Email address and name. If you sign up via a third-party provider (e.g., Google), we receive the information you authorize that provider to share.
  • Billing: Payment details are handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Communications: Content of messages you send us, including emails to info@adhunter.xyz.
  • Saved Data: Ads, competitors, and searches you save within the Service.

2.2 Automatically Collected

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and time spent within the Service.
  • Device Data: Browser type, operating system, device type, IP address, and approximate location derived from IP.
  • Cookies: As described in our Cookie Policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide the Service: Authentication, subscription processing, and delivering platform features.
  • Communications: Service notifications, subscription updates, and security alerts via Resend.
  • Improve the Service: Analyzing usage, diagnosing issues, and developing features.
  • Security: Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Legal compliance: Responding to lawful requests and enforcing our Terms of Service.

For users in the EEA or UK, we process personal data under the following legal bases:

  • Supabase — Database, authentication, and storage
  • Vercel — Hosting and serverless functions
  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery
  • OpenRouter — AI inference for ad analysis

5.2 Legal Disclosures

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

5.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. International Transfers

Data is stored and processed primarily in the United States via Supabase and Vercel. Where data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful mechanisms.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, except where retention is required for legal obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements. Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.
