By accessing or using adhunter.xyz and the AdHunter platform (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Nexens (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
AdHunter is a competitor intelligence platform that monitors publicly available ad data from the Meta Ads Library. We provide access to ad creative databases, trend data, and related analysis tools.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability to you.
You must be at least 18 years old to register. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it updated, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us at info@adhunter.xyz immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid plans are described on our Pricing page. All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store full payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
You may not use the Service to:
Our IP. All aspects of the Service — including code, design, data, branding, and algorithms — are owned by Nexens and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our IP except a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service as described herein.
Your Data. You retain ownership of content you upload. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely to provide and improve the Service.
Feedback. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
The Service relies on third-party providers including Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, and OpenRouter. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability or practices. Your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DATA OR INSIGHTS PROVIDED ARE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEXENS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexens and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) content you submit.
You may delete your account at any time through account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in Delaware.
EU Users. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply and are unaffected by these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the Service.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may assign these Terms without restriction; you may not without our prior written consent.
